Returned Peace Corps Volunteers of Hawai'i

Connecting RPCV's Living in Hawai'i

THIRD GOAL ACTIVITIES

“To help promote a better understanding of other peoples on the part of Americans.” - Third Goal of the Peace Corps

RPCVHI members participate in Community Events to help fulfill the Third Goal of the Peace Corps.  We share our Peace Corps Service experiences by talking with community groups and service organizations.  We promote the great work of the Peace Corps by working with the Peace Corps Recruiter for the State of Hawaii.  We "talk story" at college career fairs, at local business career fairs, with Rotary groups, with Peace Corps Prep Students at the Matsunaga Institute for Peace at UH-Manoa, and with high school seniors.
